February 21, 2005 Update
| Elias Martinez place 4th at Westminster HS and will be the sole representative for our school's wrestling team at Fountain Valley HS on Friday and Saturday (25 & 26). He wrestled well in a very tough tournament. It was unfortunate for Jose Guzman who could not repeat last year's accomplishment as he was the sole entry at the Master's Tournament in 2004. He suffered and ankle injury in his first match and wrestled with limited ability. A courages effort nontheless and managed to placed 6th. Also placing in 6th place was Jonathan Ortega, he made a tremendous run in upsetting a top seeded wrestler and also avenging two early season losses to Orange HS and defeating him in overtime before losing to a wrestler from Temecula Valley. That school won the tournament finishing ahead of power houses Calvary Chapel and Santa Ana High School.
